  1. Any purchased item may be returned to Trendiamo, if the item was purchased from Trendiamo directly, or to the respective Seller, within 15 (fifteen) days after the item was delivered at the recipient address.
  2. The item should be returned to the seller’s address as provided in www.trendiamo.com.
  3. The cost if return shipping for an item is borne by the user, unless such item was not properly described. In this later case, Trendiamo, if the item was purchased from Trendiamo directly, or the Seller, is responsible for such reasonable costs.
  4. Trendiamo refunds the client within 15 (fifteen) days of having received the item in good standing order or from having confirmation by the seller that the item was received in good standing order.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Returns

Please always first contact us before you return the product. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your acquisition, please send it back right away in the state you received it. Please make sure to pack it the same way we did. 
 When returning an item, we recommend you ensure the item and use a tracking number. As soon as we receive the item in perfect condition we will refund the purchase price via PayPal (excluding shipping costs). All merchandise must be, unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. You have seven (14) days from the date you receive the product to request authorization from us to return purchased items. Return requests will not be authorized after the 14 days period has passed. We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the product. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

At ISTO. we work everyday for you to have the easiest, fastest and most transparent shopping experience possible. In order to accomplish that, we kindly ask you to use your work address to make sure the package is received and collected on first attempt.

PORTUGAL & SPAIN

All orders are shipped with CTT (within Portugal) and CTT’s partner Tourline Express (in Spain). Delivery hours take place between 9am and 7pm on working days. We usually recommend that you use your work address to make sure the package is received and collected on rst attempt.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently offer free standard shipping for all international orders over 150€.

All our international orders are shipped in partnership with UPS. Delivery hours take place between 9am and 7pm on working days. We usually recommend that you use your work address to make sure the package is received and collected on first attempt.

If you are not available to collect the package on first attempt, UPS will contact you to schedule another delivery day and hour. In case second attempt failed, your package returns to our warehouse and we will get in touch with you to understand what may have happen. Another delivery will be then schedule.

We are constantly looking for excellency on every garment. However, we understand that unfortunate cases may occur. So, in case you wish to return or exchange an item, we have a 30-day return policy. Just please ensure that items have not been worn, washed or altered.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

All returns within EUROPEAN UNION are free.

All you need to do is request a pre-paid return label.

To request a return just follow the easy steps below:

SEND US AN E-MAIL: write us at hello@isto.pt with your order number and items you wish to return. Please do include the reason for your return as well. We will answer you back with a pre-paid return label.

PREPARE THE ITEM(S): package the item(s) securely in the original box or other suitable packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice inside. Seal it properly. Make sure the pre-paid return label is on the outside and sealed with tape.

SEND IT BACK TO US: once your package is prepared and ready to go, please get in touch with your local carrier company (www.cttexpresso.pt for Portugal & Spain and at www.ups.com within EU) and book an appointment for the day that suits you better. All this info will previously be provided by us in the returning e-mail.

OUTSIDE OF EUROPEAN UNION: unfortunately, we are not able to o er free returns to you (for now!). On these cases, you will need to return the package to us by secure means and ensure it reaches us in proper conditions, at your won cost. Please consider our address:

EXCHANGES

All returns within EUROPEAN UNION are free. So please follow the same procedures as for Returns.

Please make sure you tell which item(s) you want to exchange and for what size. Although, all exchanges are based on stock availability (if for any reason we don’t have your new item in stock, we promise we won’t take long to replace it). Once your package is received, checked and approved the new item will be then sent out to you.

OUTSIDE OF EUROPEAN UNION: unfortunately, you will need to send the package back to us by secure means at your won cost. Once your package is received, checked and approved the new item will be then sent out to you. Luckily, at no additional cost to you.

Can I replace my order?

Yes, by size, color or other model, whenever the amount is the same or superior.

If you want to exchange your Kleed online, you will only need to send us and email with the model, color and size of the item you want to switch for. The final value must always be equal or superior to the value of the Kleed item that you have originally bought. If the answer is positive you can send us the originally bought product.

The deadline to exchange the goods is 14 business days counting from the date of purchase.

 

Returns

The buyer has the right to freely terminate the contract, without any justification, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the article. In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must communicate to us by means of electronic mail (kleedkimonos@gmail.com) through an unequivocal statement of resolution. Return costs must be borne by the buyer. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed.

In case of lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, the consumer has the right to have it replaced, by the form and term stipulated legally for that purpose.

Exchanges & Returns

If the products are not in the correct sizes, or if they don’t respond to your expectation, they may be returned, make sure they are in the same condition as they were sent and in the same box. nae vegan shoes will send the new product free of charge. The customer should have contact nae's Costumer Service by using the email orders@nae-vegan.com or using the number +351 214 935 990.

Please note that the shipping costs of the products to the facilities of nae vegan shoes are paid by the customer. nae vegan shoes will send the new product at no cost to the customer.

IMPORTANT: You should always try the vegan shoes indoors and with socks. The sending of any product must be done until fifteen (15) days after the day of purchase.

If not satisfied, or you do not want the product and it is in good condition, without exhibiting symptoms of use or wear, including the box, nae vegan shoes will reimburse the full amount of your order. You should contact us within two weeks after receiving the product indicating the reason for the return. The reimbursing will be made on the same model in which the purchase was made. Delivery in Portugal takes 2-3 business days with a €4.64 cost.

Online Return Policy:

According to Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, of February 14, in returns or exchanges at an online store, the customer has 14 days after the reception of the product,in the chosen address to make the return or exchange.

Return procedure

When the product arrives to Thorpê it will be submitted to quality control. When passed, the return will be made to the customer’s online store account in the following week.

When the exchanges are made from outside of EU, Thorpê cannot be held liable for any delays or extra costs due to import duties.  The customer may have to pay import duties upon receipt of the order or at a later date depending on customs authority.

Exchange & Return policy

You have 30 days to check everything in peace. If something does not fit or please, you can cancel the order within 30 days after receipt of the goods. For this, you have to cancel only within this period by e-mail, fax, letter. Then you have 30 days to return the goods to us in original packaging. As soon as the goods arrive with us, or we receive proof of the shipment, we will refund you the payment.

In the event of damage or incomplete goods, a deduction may be made at the discretion of the customer by TORLAND FASHION. Deliveries of sold goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons (for example, underwear) and their sealing had been removed after the delivery can not be returned.
